- One hundred seventy-three (173) members attended the National Leadership Meeting in 2006. Ohio Received 68 gold medals and 8 silver for star events.

| FCS Professional Development Regions Under the leadership of the Ohio Association Supervisors for Family and Consumer Sciences (OASFACS) professional development regions were formed in the fall of 2005 to make professional development more assessable to teachers through out the state. | FCS Professional Development – State Conference The Ohio Association Teachers of Family and Consumer Sciences (OATFACS) give leadership to the planning of the state conference held in August. The 2007 OATFACS Conference will be Monday, August 13 at the Columbus Hilton at Easton.
