Position: Family and Consumer Science Teacher, Upper Scioto Valley High School Satellite Program
Reports To: Satellite Director
Starting Date: February 2010
Salary Range: Commensurate with long term substitute teacher pay schedule
Work Week/Year: February 2010 through May 2010
Requirements: A valid Ohio career-technical family and consumer science certificate or license or a valid substitute teacher license.
Effective organizational, planning, and project management skills. Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement program options, auxiliary services, and curricular materials that support the diverse learning needs of students. Experience in working with career technical student organizations.
Using the most recent state standards, provide classroom and laboratory instruction to students for employment or further education in the field of family and consumer science. Evaluate student performance and work cooperatively with parents and school personnel.
